I like the lobby. It’s spacious with adequate seating and tables. This is very important because there’s not enough space in the bedrooms to hang out or sit to use one’s computer. Although the space in our room is adequate, there’s nowhere to hang toiletry bags or make-up bags. The hotel should install hooks inside the bathroom to make it more convenient for the guests. I like that we can open the windows so that fresh air can come in. This is very important because the hotel is old and is smelling old and stuffy in the room.

The hotel has a lot of charm as a historic hotel in Santa Fe. The location is ideal...right in the midst of everything. I liked having breakfast at Pasqual's, just down the block, since there was not a breakfast option at the hotel.

Lovely historic public areas and excellent bar. Ideal location right in the historic centre. Great laundry service, both rapid and perfectly presented.

The overall 'old-world' look of the hotel was not only pleasing to the eyes but to your heart. The hotel is peaceful, gorgeous and welcoming. The staff are beyond professional, pleasant, eager to offer assistance and appear to genuinely love working for the hotel.

This is a beautiful historic hotel in the heart of Old Santa Fe. Everything is in walking distance. The staff is so welcoming.

Love the location, love the staff. I like that it’s a smaller hotel and best of all I love their veranda! The Secreto bar is great. They are very accommodating!
